Dill Pickle & Smoke Cheddar Grilled Cheese

A classic family-friendly meal with a twist!

Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread

2 tablespoons of COWS Cultured Butter

4 slices of COWS Appletree Smoked Cheddar cheese

2 slices dill pickles

Instructions:

  1. Spread butter on the outside slices of bread.
  2. Place cheese and pickles between slices.
  3. Cook, covered, in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes, flipping halfway (or until golden outside and melty inside).
