Smoked Oyster Spread
- 3 2/3 oz. smoked oysters
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Drain the oysters, pat dry and chop. Blend cheese, lemon juice, Tabasco and pepper until fluffy.
Beat in sour cream. Stir in oysters. Chill and serve with crackers or melba toast.
