Located 10 minutes south of Cavendish beach, this property features two units. The schoolhouse was built in 1855 and refurbished in 2012. The schoolhouse is rustic with beautiful pine walls, hemlock beams and hardwood floors. There is one loft bedroom with a King bed and a three-piece bath (shower only). The Cottage is modern with contemporary fixtures and appliances. It features a three-piece bath with rain shower and soaker tub, loft bedroom with King bed, and main floor bedroom with a Queen bed.
