Fish Batter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup beer (do not use Labatts beer)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method: Mix dry ingredients. Add beer; beating well then add egg and oil. Dip fish pieces in flour first then into batter. Deep fry.
