Step behind the scenes of a working alpaca farm for an unforgettable journey into the world of fibre and storytelling.

Guided by a passionate farm owner and fibre artist meet our charming herd of 35 alpacas. Inside the paddocks, learn the storied history of one of the world’s oldest fibre producing animals. Details about husbandry, nutrition and breeding are woven into the farm stories told. You will have the opportunity to hang out with the alpacas as they do their thing—just being their curious, quirky selves! Then, try your hand at spinning using a drop spindle, guided by the farmer-dyer herself. It's a hands-on, heartwarming experience full of fun facts, fibre lore and a few good yarns along the way.
