Join us for our Chef's Table culinary experience - an intimate hyper-local dining experience in a beautiful converted church. Designed for adventurous food lovers, a new 7-course tasting menu of meticulously crafted dishes, inspired by the bounty available for harvest throughout the season, is created each week by Executive Chef Hunter Guindon and prepared in front of you in our open-concept kitchen. The dining experience includes an introduction to each dish, details about the farmers, fishers, and producers responsible for providing each ingredient, insight into culinary inspirations, and personal table-side visits by the Chef. With only 27 seats available for a single-seating every evening, guests can delight in knowing that they will have a truly one-of-a-kind experience and enjoy the most authentic and fresh version of Island cuisine imaginable.
