What is the best whale watching excursion?

Hi Sue,

Thank you for reaching out! PEI has a variety of small whales that cruise our waters. Minke and pilot whales along with dolphins and porpoises to name a few.

For a chance to see some of these creatures I would suggest the PEI Whales and Seals tour with Captain Jeff McNeill out of North Lake Harbour. There is no guarantee that you will see a whale, but I can guarantee that Captain Jeff will try his best to find some for you.

Wicked Sea Adventures, also out of North Lake Harbour offers a 2.5-hour excursion, described as one tour, five adventures! Whale watching, deep-sea fishing, seal watching, lobster fishing demonstration, and porpoise watching.

Have fun!
