What is the best part of the Confederation Trail to bike?

Answer by:

Hello Janet,

I find it hard to pick just one area of the Confederation Trail for biking.

I really enjoy the Tignish to Alberton ride, both communities are lovely, as is the trail.

If I am biking in the Kensington area, I have to admit, I either like starting from Kensington and stopping at one of the delightful bakeries for a packable snack for the ride or ending my ride in Kensington for one of the meals at the restaurants there.

The Three Rivers Area of Montague, Cardigan and Georgetown is absolutely fabulous. Small streams, in and out of the small communities, farmland and water views.

Elmira to Mount Stewart is also filled with nice streams, communities, water views and lots of stops to enjoy the view and have a bite to eat.

Happy trails to you.
