Hi Claudia,

I think that you will find that PEI is quite pet friendly. One place where dogs are not permitted is on the beaches of the Prince Edward Island National Park. They are welcome in the campgrounds and trails as long as they are on a leash.

They are also welcome on all other beaches and walking trails as long as they are on a leash.

Now for some pet-friendly attractions, I will list them below:

West Point Lighthouse Museum - The West Point Lighthouse stands among the Island's most recognizable places. At 69 feet tall, it's PEI's tallest and one of the most unique lighthouses due to its unique tapered square shape and black and white striped paint.

Burlington Amusement Park

Sandspit Amusement Park

Elmira Railway Museum

Deep Sea Fishing - a lot of these charters are dog friendly as well.

East Coast Paddle Adventures

Downtown Charlottetown has a new program called Paws Downtown and lists businesses who are pet-friendly!

I hope this gives you a few ideas!
