an island collective is a zero-waste, non-profit ongoing dinner series driven by creative expression, collaboration, cultural exploration, and an undying respect for the people, places, and products of Prince Edward Island. You’ll experience an intimate dining experience with 10 courses, 10 chefs and zero waste, using as much of the material readily available to make a meal and making use of parts the cool would normally discard. 100% of profits will contribute to the “island collective sustainability fund” and will help to launch the “island collective sustainability award” in late 2024 - an award given to a young chef who demonstrates a passion for progressive and sustainable cooking while embodying a zero-waste mindset.
